The company has been involved in real estate since 1969 when it was actively marketing home sites in areas from the Blue Mountains to the South Coast. In 1976 it was decided to concentrate on the Canterbury/Bankstown area and the company joined the Raine & Horne network, becoming its second Australian Franchisee. This relationship lasted 18 years during which a second important decision - to specialise in commercial and industrial real estate was made.

1994 marked a milestone for company principal Hal Niemeyer - 25 years in real estate - 10 of which were devoted solely to commercial/industrial transactions. It was time to evaluate the business as it stood and look at ways to move forward.

A new direction and identity was needed. One which gave the Company greater capacity to adapt quickly to the changing economic climate, the dynamic property market and, most importantly, the individual needs of its customers.
