CARYARD (BULKY GOODS SITE) SELLS AGAIN

Mark Niemeyer has sold a bulky goods site on the corner of Canterbury Road and Moxon Road, Punchbowl for $1,130,000. The site was previously occupied by Subaru.
The site comprised a land area of approximately 3,000 m2 with a 323 m2 showroom.
This was the second time that Mark has sold the property within a year.
